What is Freestyle Skiing?

Freestyle Skiing is all about having the most possible fun that you can have on your skis.  Freestyle skiers enjoy moguls, bumps, jumps, terrain parks, free-skiing and rail features.  Every ski area in BC has access to great terrain for Freestyle Skiing.  With some guidance from a trained professional coach, skiers learn to Freestyle Ski in a safe, and fun learning environment.  World Champion mogul skier Kristi Richards of British Columbia got her start by just having fun with her family, friends and coaches at her local ski area as a kid just like you.
